The first floor business incubator serves as home base to 50+ startups at any given time. Its open-concept, collaborative spaces foster collaboration and camaraderie. Conference rooms and a quiet area are great for heads-down, focused work experiences.
The second floor, headquarters to Lakeshore Advantage, is also home to second-stage companies and partner organizations that can assist incubator members in hitting milestones to continue their growth.
The third floor is now home to The West Coast Chamber of Commerce.

Book the Lakeshore Advantage learning lab! Our learning lab is designed for educational sessions, strategic planning meetings, group presentations, and other key business and community gatherings.
The facility offers state-of-the art video conference technology and AV support to ensure world class conversations. The furniture is flexible and can be configured into various seating arrangements to best meet your needs. The lab holds between 12 – 36 guests, depending on the room configuration.
